These Terms govern your use of Sleepy Sheepy, including the mobile app and related website operated by JK Travel LLC.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use Sleepy Sheepy for entertainment on devices you own or control.

2. Accounts and progress

You are responsible for lawful use of your account. Progress, coins, unlocks, and related data may be stored on our servers so the game can sync across sessions.

3. Virtual items

Coins, skins, trails, boosts, and similar items are virtual goods with no real-world cash value. They are licensed, not sold, and are non-transferable except as required by platform rules.

4. Purchases

In-app purchases are billed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Except where required by law or platform policy, purchases are non-refundable. Use each store’s support flow for billing disputes.

5. Fair use

Do not cheat, exploit bugs, reverse engineer the service in unauthorized ways, or abuse network features. We may suspend or terminate access for violations that harm other players or the service.

6. Availability

We may update, interrupt, or discontinue features at any time. We aim for a stable experience but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

7. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties that are not required by applicable consumer protection rules.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game.
